These Terms of Use govern your use of Block Puzzle — Retro (the "App") and related support services provided by Batuhan Torun, publishing as NoviDoc Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
1. Using the Game
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the App for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and the rules of the store through which you obtained it. You must meet applicable store and platform eligibility requirements. Where you cannot legally agree independently, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use as required by law.
The App is a falling-block puzzle game. Scores and rankings are for entertainment only, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or real-world prizes. The current App does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any download price is displayed and processed by the distributing store, subject to its payment and refund rules and your mandatory consumer rights.
2. Local Scores and Availability
Your best score, preferences, and certain game counters are saved locally on your device. We do not provide a NoviDoc account or cloud-save service or guarantee that local data can be transferred between devices. Clearing app data, reinstalling, or changing devices may remove local records. Device backups operate separately according to your settings.
We may update the App, adjust gameplay or features, and fix technical problems. Online features depend on your connection, device, and third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or indefinite availability of every feature. Changes and discontinuation remain subject to applicable law and your statutory rights.
3. Game Center and Fair Play
On iOS, the App attempts to connect to Apple Game Center during startup. When the leaderboard is configured and available, new best scores may be submitted automatically. Account access, profile visibility, scores, and rankings are also governed by Apple's terms and your Game Center settings. We do not receive your Apple account password. Core gameplay does not require a successful leaderboard connection.
You must not cheat, falsify scores, exploit vulnerabilities, or use unauthorized automation to interfere with fair play or platform services. Where permitted by law and technically possible, access to online features or invalid leaderboard entries may be restricted by us or the relevant platform provider.
4. Advertising
The App may display Google AdMob interstitial advertisements between games. Availability and content depend on the advertising service, your region, and applicable privacy choices. Ads may be preloaded before they appear. Your advertising choices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Advertisements and linked destinations are operated by third parties and may have their own terms and privacy policies. Any dealings with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us. The App does not promise uninterrupted ad availability or that every advertised product or service is suitable for you.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not disrupt the App or connected services, access systems without authorization, or interfere with other users.
- Do not distribute modified copies, sell access, or copy App materials without permission, except where applicable law or a relevant license permits it.
- Do not use the App or support services for unlawful purposes or to infringe another person's rights.
- Do not submit abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful material through support communications.
6. Intellectual Property
The App's code, artwork, audio, branding, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant permission to use the App, not ownership of its content. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable licenses, including notices accessible through the App's license screen.
7. Privacy and External Services
The App uses AdMob for advertising, Sentry for crash, error, and performance diagnostics, and Apple Game Center for supported leaderboards. We also plan to add Google Analytics for Firebase for usage analytics. The Privacy Policy describes these services and distinguishes the planned Analytics integration from the currently reviewed implementation.
App stores and other external services are operated by their respective providers and may impose their own terms. Applicable store license terms, including Apple's standard end-user license agreement where it applies, also govern your use of the downloaded App. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under those terms or applicable law.
8. Ending Use
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Where permitted by law and technically possible, we may restrict access to related services for a material breach of these Terms or misuse of those services. Uninstalling does not automatically erase information already held by service providers; see the Privacy Policy for choices and requests.
9. Warranties and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without additional promises that it will be uninterrupted or free from errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the App. This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as the App or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights that arose before they took effect. If you do not agree to an applicable update, stop using the App.

These Terms do not limit your right to use courts, regulators, or other remedies available under applicable law, including mandatory protections in your country of residence.
