These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BoltBound mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is provided by NoviDoc Games (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The publisher’s identity is also shown on the App’s store listing.

Use of the Service
The Service is provided solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
You must meet applicable store and platform eligibility requirements. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms independently, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use where required by law.
Virtual Items
The Service may include virtual items, coins, points, or rewards (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money or real-world goods.
In-App Purchases
Optional purchases in the current iOS App are consumable coin packs processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices and purchase details are shown before confirmation. Purchases are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and refund procedures, and any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Coins and game progress are saved on your device. The App does not provide a NoviDoc account or cloud-save service, and consumed coin purchases are not automatically restored by the App after reinstalling or moving to another device. Keep this in mind before deleting app data. Contact support if purchased coins were not delivered.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- exploit bugs or cheats
- interfere with the Service’s operation
- use automated tools or unauthorized software
- violate applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, code, and materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
